How should i care for my Soulwick candle?
Burning a SoulWick candle in your space is easy. Follow these care tips to make the most of your candle and to maximize safety:
Burn the candle for a minimum of 60 minutes and a maximum of four hours. The first time you burn your candle should be approximately three hours or until the melted wax has reached all sides of the vessel.
If the candle flame is high or the burn is smokey, trim the wick to 1/4 inch.
Replace the SoulWick Candle when the wax is 1/2-1/4 inch at the bottom of the vessel.
Do not place the lit candle near moving air like windows, fan or AC.
Always fully extinguish the flame before leaving the house (never extinguish a candle with water), place on a flat even surface and do not move the candle when lit.
If you experience tunneling with your candle, tent foil over the raised wax above the edge of the vessel and light as normal. During your next lighting cycle, the tunneling should even out.
Reuse your vessel by freezing the remaining wax in the vessel, popping out the frozen wax and washing the vessel thoroughly.

SoulWick will accept unused and in great condition products for a return or refund within 7 days of delivery receipt through the return portal.
If your candle has arrived damaged please email SoulWick indicating the damage with photo attached for a complimentary exchange using Contact@SoulWick.co and include your order number in the subject.
how long will it take to get my order?
SoulWick delivery times vary due to several circumstances. Our team works diligently to ship orders within 4-8 business days from order date. In the event of longer processing times, you will be notified on the confirmation email from your purchase. A shipping notification will also be emailed to you once your item has shipped.
